The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) officially embarked on a nationwide strike at midnight on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, causing ripples across multiple sectors that depend on its vital weather and climate services.

“The safety of our passengers, crew, and aircraft remains our top priority. While we understand that other airlines may choose to continue operations, Air Peace will not compromise on safety.
